On Sunday, May 29, at Strelka the first barbecue in the new season will take place in the yard — with a musical program and six specials created by brand chef Anton Abrezov. There will be gastronomic variations of street food and grill menus from different countries, for example, a hot dog with stewed lamb, tomato salsa and tzatziki sauce, grilled young asparagus and zucchini with lemon béarnaise and parmesan cookies or tuna tataki — with strawberries and jalapeno aioli. «The menu of the first barbecue — pampering, we decided to give free rein to the imagination and include in it something that is rarely cooked, that belongs to traditions from different parts of the world, improves on fire and we ourselves like. Personally, I love stewed lamb ham — we grind it to the fibers, season it with fat tail, getting a super-tasty and fragrant thing, with a Greek mood due to tzatziki, – says brand chef Anton Abrezov.
