Arkady Novikov's Michelin-starred restaurant SAVVA will host a wine dinner from six famous chefs.
Moscow will host a dinner from the best chefs and sommeliers of the two capitals
On June 2, the restaurant SAVVA, awarded the MICHELIN star in the MICHELIN Guide 2022, will host an unusual enogastronomic dinner with the support of the Simple group of companies. Dinner is called “CSC”, which stands for “Chef, Sommelier, Chianti” (Russian chef, sommelier, chianti). The chefs and sommeliers of six top establishments in the two capitals will surprise guests: Andrey Shmakov, Yanina Martynyuk (Savva, 1 star in the MICHELIN Guide 2022); Ivan and Sergey Berezutsky, Svetlana Lomsadze (Twins Garden, 2 stars in the MICHELIN Guide 2022); Artem Estafiev, Dmitry Savin (Artest, 2 stars in the MICHELIN Guide 2022); Anatoly Kazakov, Svetlana Dobrynina (Selfie, 1 star in the MICHELIN Guide 2022); David Emmerle, Pavel Kravchenko (Grand Cru, 1 star in the MICHELIN Guide 2022); Artem Grebenshchikov, Anton Belochkin (Bourgeois Bohemians, St. Petersburg). According to the results of the preliminary draw, it was determined what kind of dish each of the eminent chefs prepares: two cold appetizers from vegetables and fish, a hot appetizer, two hot dishes from duck and meat, and a dessert. The intrigue of the evening will be the same wine accompaniment for all dishes – Chianti wines from Bertinga (Italy). Inspired by the character of the wine, the chefs and sommeliers of each restaurant must create a dish based on their rich experience and focusing on expressive gastronomic pairings. Date: June 2, 2022 Gathering of guests from 19:00 to 20:00 Start at 20:00 Dinner cost: 20,000 rubles
