An old castle is being sold in Italy, this time the Russians have nothing to do with it
According to RIA Novosti, a 12th-century castle is being sold in Italy, which makes it even older than not only the Moscow Kremlin, but also Moscow itself.
This time there were no Russians, although the real estate market in the Apennines is flooded with offers from Russians trying to get rid of their becoming toxic apartments, houses and estates.
The castle is called Due Torr i (“Two Towers”), and the first mention of it dates back to 1141. It is located in the area of Rimini and the Adriatic Sea, so beloved by our compatriots, 10 km from San Marino.
The owners of the castle do not advertise the exact cost, but realtors and experts estimate it less than five million euros.
So far, like most Russians, there have been no offers to buy.
