A popular country with tourists has simplified entry for Russians

Malaysia has relaxed entry rules for tourists, incl. From Russia. From August 1, all restrictions related to the pandemic have been lifted. Neither a PCR test nor quarantine is required for entry.

Malaysia is a very popular destination for tourists from all over the world. This year, there are already more than 7 million of them. People come to this country for the island of Borneo, where unique monkeys live, for the skyscrapers of Kuala Lumpur, the Batu caves, the firefly show on the Selangor River.

Russians have not yet fallen in love with Malaysia so same as Turkey. Since the beginning of 2022, only 3.5 thousand Russians have come here. But the country's authorities expect this number to at least double before the end of the year.

Experts advise flying from Russia to Malaysia via Istanbul, Dubai, Qatar, Bahrain, Bangkok or Tashkent. Russians do not need a visa to Malaysia if the period of stay is not more than 1 month.
