Moscow topped the ranking of the most popular travel destinations in Russia this weekend. The top three also included St. Petersburg and Tatarstan, according to the portal of the mayor and government of the capital.

"Moscow has become the most popular travel destination for the June holidays. <…> The top five also includes St. Petersburg, Tatarstan, Nizhny Novgorod and Vladimir regions,” the message says.
