Booking on the official website of Daily·ru begins with a search for options. The search form is on the main page. Fill in the city, dates of arrival and departure, number of guests. The availability of housing and the cost of living depend on these parameters.

There are filters in the search results, adjust them to see only the options that suit you. Choose the maximum price per night or the entire stay, type of accommodation, number of rooms/beds, area, conditions.

I usually set the price, choose apartments, apartments, mark the availability of Wi-Fi, kitchen, own bathroom and toilet. Other popular filters: distance from the sea/metro, parking, elevator, view from the window, no deposit. Do not mark too much so that later you have plenty to choose from.

If you know the area where you want to stay, look on the map for — increase it to the desired size and only options in the selected area will be displayed in the search. The ads on Daily·ru indicate the exact address of the house.

Save ads that you like immediately to Favorites (heart icon). Name the collection after the name of the city.

Quick booking

Quick booking on Sutochno·ru does not require waiting for a response from the host. These options can be booked and immediately receive a booking confirmation.

Listings with the Instant Book option appear first in search results and are marked with a red flag. You can also select the «Quick Book» filter at the very top. Prepayment must be made within 1 hour, otherwise your request will be cancelled.

Hot Deal

Last minute deals appear on Daily Ru for today and are suitable for spontaneous trips. They are marked with a red ribbon «save %». The discount is valid only for one day (current day), the rest of the days at the regular price set by the owner.

Booking conditions for the Hot Deal are the same as for the Fast Booking: without confirmation from the host, with an advance payment within 1 hour and instant receipt of the reservation.

Booking with confirmation from the host

Instead of green button «Book», in such ads there is a button «I want to book». By clicking on it, you do not pay anything, but only send a request to the host. How quickly the owner responds can be seen in the ad, most respond immediately, because it is in their interest.

If the owner confirms your request, you will receive a message «The owner is ready to receive you». You have 24 hours to make an advance payment if it has not been made during this time — the request is canceled, there are no penalties. But think quickly, housing is not reserved and others can book it.

How to write to the host on Sutochno ru?

You may have questions to the host that you would like to ask before booking, for example: «Is it possible to check in early or check out later?». How to make a prepayment

Prepayment is made only through the website or the Sutochno ru mobile application: by Visa, MasterCard, Mir, via Qiwi or WebMoney. Prepayment is confirmed by an electronic cash receipt from «Sutochno» The host cannot demand any payment from you directly before check-in.

How to return the prepayment

The entire prepayment on Sutochno·ru can be returned only if the host himself cancels your booking. In case of cancellation by the guest, a maximum of 50% of the prepayment is refunded. The rest of the amount remains with the landlord as compensation.

Booking Confirmation Daily Ru

After making an advance payment through the Sutochno·ru website, you will receive an email with a booking confirmation, which contains all the necessary information: the landlord's phone number, booking and payment details, the address and location map of the object. Download the voucher from the letter and present it electronically or in hard copy when you check in.

Cancellation of a booking by a guest occurs through a personal account on the Sutochno ru website in the «My bookings» section.

Terms and conditions for the return of an advance payment

0% — if canceled less than 7 days before arrival or no-show

The returned prepayment amount can be used for the next bookings on Daily ru or withdrawn from your balance on the site. It takes between 2 and 10 business days for a refund.

You must have a good reason to cancel your reservation free of charge. All situations are considered individually with the provision of documents.

For the cancellation of a confirmed booking by the owner, a fine of 10% to 100% of the total cost of living is taken from him. The ad is lowered in the search and an automatic cancellation review appears in it. «Superhost» landlords never or very rarely cancel bookings.

If your booking has been cancelled, call the Sutochno·ru Support Service, they
will choose another option for you and transfer the prepayment made to the new landlord. Or find a suitable option yourself and pay with money from the balance.

Payment upon check-in

The final settlement with the host occurs during the check-in without participation Daily Ru. The amount of the remaining payment is indicated in the booking confirmation — letter with voucher.
